Allison made the process seamless and easy. She took me out to look to give me perspective on whether to buy (through private sale) my former rental unit. She selected great options, so great that I decided to buy the third place I saw! Allison has great instincts and lots of knowledge about the market. I travel a lot and am very busy - Allison assisted in helping me meet all the deadlines. She was also a wealth of knowledge about the process, which helped me--a first time buyer--immensely in navigating it. I love my new home and can't sing Allison's praises enough!

We were looking for someone who would be patient and helpful since we were first time homebuyers relocating to Denver from the East Coast. After talking on the phone with Allison Panter, it was immediately obvious that she was this person.
Our purchase turned out to be much, much more complicated that anyone could have expected- including an out of touch seller's agent and a property line issue. Allison gave us the right advice, advocated for us at every turn, and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted while protecting our interests as we went through negotiations.
Allison was always available, quick to respond to any issues and became a real friend by the end of our home buying process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone and we plan to call her again when it come time for us to sell.

As a first time home buyer, Allison Panter was a pleasure to work with: organized, thoughtful, extremely responsive, and supportive. I really felt guided through the process, and I truly enjoyed working with her. I especially appreciated her responsiveness. In this market, being able to see new homes as soon as they are listed is invaluable!

We had a great experience as we worked with Allison Panter to search for our "just right" home. She was always so sweet and responsive. She did a great job of listening to our needs and searching for homes that would interest us. She never acted annoyed or too busy to make time for us. She is certainly one of the most patient people we have ever met. We now consider Allison a friend and will certainly miss spending time with her as this process comes to an end.
